Start with a repeatable record
Photograph the full door square-on and take close details of the affected panel. Repeat the photos at different times if the distortion changes with sun or temperature. Keep the camera position similar so the comparison means something.
Record the date, approximate conditions, which side receives direct sun and whether the door returns closer to flat later. Avoid claiming a precise temperature cause without manufacturer data or measurements.
